Changing things up a bit, this here is a forgotten article, that i haven’t worn because I don’t want to look like a bloated fish… so here’s to my first goal…
I've been struggling with my weight for a long time. Always called fat or ugly by my peers, as the end of my college years as a undergraduate student, i feel i need to make a change , a drastic one. I've gained 30-40 pounds ever since i became a University student. At this point i feel like I've been letting the weight issue affect me without actually doing anything. I get tired, my school days are long and draining, i barely have time for exercise , although i know it's effective.SO i created this spot to keep me motivated , i need to lose 40 pounds, the healthy way, changing the way I eat and exercising, so here's to keep me inspired....
